User Registration Agreement

This User Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You“) and FreeCredit_MY [Playstore9] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Platform“) regarding the use of the platform services. By registering as a user or using the platform services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms in this Agreement, please immediately discontinue the registration process and refrain from using the platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering as a user, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as required by the platform. Upon successful registration, you will be granted a user account, which is for your personal use only and shall not be transferred, sold, or authorized for use by others.
2. Account Security
   2.1 User Registration: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You shall be solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
   2.2 Account Security: You shall take appropriate measures to ensure the security of your account and password. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Platform Services
   3.1 Service Content: The Company provides online services to users, including but not limited to [specific service content]. The specific service content and usage rules may be adjusted based on the actual situation of the platform and relevant laws and regulations.3.2 Service Changes and Termination: The Company reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate all or part of the platform services at any time without assuming any liability. If you do not agree to the adjusted service content, you may choose to discontinue the use of the platform services.
4. User Conduct Guidelines
   4.1 Compliance: You must comply with the laws and regulations of Malaysia, public interests, and public order when using the platform services. You shall not engage in illegal, harmful, malicious, or fraudulent activities using the platform services. The Company reserves the right to monitor and inspect your actions during the use of the platform services.4.2 Intellectual Property: You shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, when using the platform services. You will be held liable for any violations of this provision.4.3 Prohibited Actions: When using the platform services, you shall not engage in the following actions: a) Publishing, transmitting, or storing illegal, obscene, malicious, false, or infringing information. b) Engaging in activities that infringe upon the privacy, personal safety, or property rights of others. c) Damaging, disrupting, or intruding upon the normal operation of the platform. d) Engaging in any activities that may compromise the security or stability of the platform services.
5. Privacy Protection

The Company will protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and privacy policies. The personal information you provide during the use of the platform services will only be used for the purposes stated in this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the internet, the Company cannot guarantee that the platform services will be free from any interruptions, delays, failures, or other issues. The Company shall not be held responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or other damages caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacking attacks, system instability, and other factors beyond its control.

7. Agreement Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement based on adjustments to the platform services and changes in laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the modified terms of this Agreement, you may choose to terminate the use of the platform services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the negotiation fails, the disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia for resolution.
